Four Seasons Cartagena – opening mid-2025
On Colombia’s Caribbean coast, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena will be located in the art-filled neighbourhood of Getsemaní, right on the doorstep of the Walled City. Bringing new life to iconic landmarks, the hotel will blend colonial romance with sleek modern design. There are eight restaurants and lounges, as well as rooftop pool and the UMARI spa.

Hyatt Place, located in Georgetown, is a contemporary hotel offering casual luxury with 125 spacious rooms, designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. The hotel will feature 24/7 dining options and a fitness centre.
Rif’s Hotel, (Anna Regina, Essequibo
Rif’s Hotel, located in Henrietta, Essequibo, is a new locally owned, mid-sized property with 40 rooms. The hotel prioritises eco-friendly practices, providing a high-quality accommodation option for visitors to the Essequibo region.
MEXICO
Rosewood Mandarina – opening early 2025
On Riviera Nayarit coastline, 90-minutes from Puerto Vallarta, the beachfront property will draw inspiration from the local, pre-Hispanic Huichol and Cora cultures and offer access to three diverse environments: the ocean, the flatlands, and the mountains and unique activities within each. The resort will have 134 suites, each with private terraces, plunge pools, stunning vistas, and a collection of private residences. With five bars and restaurants ranging from a specialty restaurant at the top of a mountain to a beach shack on the cliff’s edge, guests will offer four pools, an Asaya spa, and expansive fitness facilities.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol – opening early 2025
Mexico’s first Park Hyatt hotel, a luxurious beachfront retreat, will feature 163 guestrooms and suites along with 19 villas and residences set in the exclusive Cabos del Sol community on the Baja California Sur coast. The contemporary suites have patios or terraces with plunge pools and stunning views of the resort or the Sea of Cortez. Along with five restaurants and five outdoor pools, the hotel will have a 59,000 sq. ft. wellness centre with a state-of-the-art spa and 24-hour fitness centre.

Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende – opening early 2025
This new-build hotel will offer 120 guest rooms and 24 private residences in walking distance of the heart of San Miguel de Allende, a UNESCO World Heritage site, surrounded by the destination’s signature cobblestone streets and brightly coloured Spanish-colonial buildings.

PERU
Tinajani – opening April 2025
Pictured above. Opening April 2025, Tinajani is Peru’s second tented camp by Andean, a family-run Peruvian company. Set a private 150-hectare (370 acre) nature reserve, this privileged setting is located along the route connecting Cusco with Puno and the Colca Valley. In keeping with Andean’s ethos of reusing and reimagining existing buildings for their projects, Tinajani comprises an old farmhouse and 6 safari style tented camps. Pictured above.
